Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return on Assets and operating expenses to operating income to non performing loans at Private national nonforeign exchange commercial banks (BUSNND) period 2012 to 2016. The samples are collected using purposive sampling method which is obtain 100 samples. Data were collected from financial report or annual report, being processed by multiple linear regression. The result of this study concluded: (1) Capital adequacy ratio and Return on assets have influence to non performing loan of the Private national non-foreign exchange commercial banks registered in OJK. (2) operating expenses to operating income has not influence to non performing loan of the Private national non-foreign exchange commercial banks registered in OJK. Keyword: NPL, CAR, ROA, and BOPO
