Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity, asset quality, sensitivity, efficiency to return on asset at Regional Development Bank by using free variable LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO, FBIR, also analyze the influence of significance and partial together Between independent variable to Return on Asset of Regional Development Bank. The population used in this study is the Regional Development Bank. The sample used in this research is Central Java Bank, East Java Bank, North Sumatra Bank The data used are secondary data and data collection techniques meggunakan purposive sampling and analysis techniques using multiple linear regression using F test and t test. This study used the study period from the first quarter of 2012 to the fourth quarter of 2016. The result of this research is that LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO, FBIR simultaneously have a significant influence on Return On Asset. BOPO partially has a significant positive effect on Return On Assets. LDR partially has a significant positive effect on Return On Assets. IPR, FBIR partially have no significant positive effect on Return On Asset. IPR partially has no significant positive effect on Return On Asset. NPL, APB, partially have no significant negative effect on Return On Asset. IRR has not significant influence on Return On Assets. And which has the most dominant influence is the BOPO variable Keywords: Liquidity, Asset Quality, Sensitivity, Efficiency
