Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance the effect of financial performance toward return on asset (ROA) on foreign exchange national private bank. The independent variables used in this research are LDR, NPL, APB, BOPO, FBIR, IRR and PDN as well as to know whether independent variables together have a significant influence on ROA in Foreign Exchange National Private Bank (BUSN). Research sample consist of PT. Bank Bukopin Tbk., PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk., PT. Bank UOB Indonesia Tbk., This study uses secondary data, using purposive sampling method, where the data obtained from the banking financial statements with the period of research in the first quarter of 2012 until the fourth quarter of 2016. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and regression analysis Multiple Linear. The results of the study showed that the independent variables of LDR, NPL, APB, BOPO, FBIR, IRR, and PDN together have a significant influence on ROA in Private Foreign Exchange National Bank. The variable of PDN partially has negative and insignificant influence to ROA at Foreign National Private Bank (BUSN) Foreign Exchange, NPL and BOPO variables partially have negative and significant effect to ROA at Foreign Exchange Private Bank (BUSN), LDR APB, and FBIR Partially have a positive and insignificant influence on ROA at Foreign Exchange Private National Bank (BUSN) Foreign Exchange, IRR partially have positive and significant influence to ROA at Foreign Exchange Private National Bank (BUSN).The dominant variable which influencing ROA is BOPO.
