Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of board of commissioners, board of directors, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, corporate social responsibility, ownership structure, and capital structure on financial performance at manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) year 2013- 2015. This is financial performance, while the free variables are board of commissioners, board of directors, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, corporate social responsibility, and capital structure. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique. The last sample of 49 manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2015. The technical data analysis used in this study was to test the classical assumptions (normality, multicoloniarity, heteroscedasticity and auticorrelation), multiple linear regression, simultaneous test (f-test), coeffidient of determination ( ), and partial test (t-test). The result of this study indicate that the board of commissioners, board of directors, corporate social responsibility, ownership structure, and capital structure affect the financial performance. While the institutional ownership structure does not affect financial performance.
