Abstract
This study aimed to demonstrate empirically how much influence liquidity as measured by the current ratio, profitability as measured by return on assets, leverage as measured by debt-asset ratio, and firm size as measured by LnTA on the financial distress conditions at the property and real estate sub-sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016. The population in this study are the entire property and real estate sub-sector company lised on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016. The samplig technique in this study using purposive sampling method. The sample in this study as many as 102 of property and real estate sub-sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016. Data used is secondary data derived from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Techniques of analysis using logistic regression analysis. The results show that leverage and firm size does not have significant impact on the financial distress, while liquidity and profitability have any impact on the financial distress.
