Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of operating cash flows on earnings persistence and the effect of operating cash flows on stock prices, and the effect of operating cash flows on stock prices with earnings persistence as an intervening variable. This study uses data on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2017 period. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling method, with the number of observations as many as 130 research samples. The data analysis technique used was Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using SPSS 16. software The results showed that operating cash flow and operating cash flow had no significant effect on stock prices and operating cash flows had no effect significant to stock prices with earnings persistence as an intervening variable.
