Abstract
The main purposes of this research is to test the influence of independent variables namely of Liquidity, Dividend Policy, Debt Policy Against Company Value on Manufacturing Companies Sector of Consumption Goods Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2012-2016. The number of population in this study amounted to 142 manufacturing companies and after the selection of samples with purposive sampling technique obtained 86 companies to be used as samples in this study. The result of this research shows that partially liquidity measured by CR has significant effect to firm value, dividend policy measured by DPR has no significant effect to firm value, and debt policy measured by DER has significant effect to company value as measured by PER. Then simultaneously CR, DPR, and DER have significant influence to PER. Keywords: Liquidity, Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Corporate Value
