Abstract
The value of the company is the investor's assessment of One of the company's goals is generally to get maximum profit and increase company value. The value of the company is the investor's perception of the company as measured by the book value. This study aims to examine the effect of financial performance, company size, debt policy, corporate social responsibility to firm value in food and beverage companies for the 2012-2016 period. The sampling technique in this study uses census techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the data analysis show that the size of the company and debt policy affect the value of the company, while the financial performance and corporate social responsibility do not affect the value of the company. This shows the debt policy and the size of the company utilizing assets, and managing capital well and as much as possible so that it can increase the value of the company, which is shown by increasing the value of Price to Book Value (PBV). Key word : Firm value, financial performance, company size, debt policy, corporate social rensposibility.
