Abstract
This research aims to analyze the significant effect of company size, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and board of commissioners on company performance. The subject of this research use consumer goods industrial sector manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2015-2016. Sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22. The results of this research indicate that size company and board of commissioners have a significant effect on company performance, but managerial ownership and board of commissioners have no significant effect on company performance. Keyword: company size, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, board of commissioners, company performance.
