Abstract
The objectives of this research are to analyze and explain: (1) the effect of profitability on company’s capital strukture, (2) the effect of liquidity on company’s capital strukture, (3) the effect of the asset structure on company’s capital strukture. The population of this research are real estate and property companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2013 - 2015. Total sample used as many as 28 companies were selected using purposive sampling method. The data in this study using multiple linier regression analysis by SPSS 16 for windows. The results obtained from this study are: (1) variable profitability significant negative effect on the company's capital structure, (2) liquidity significant negative effect on the capital structure of the company, (3) the structure of assets is not significant positive effect on the capital structure of the company.
