Abstract
This study analyzed the effect of cash flow financing, financing and dividend decisions on the value of the company with the investment opportunity set (IOS) as a moderating variable.Samples were 122 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from the year 2009-2013. The analysis technique used is Moderated Regresion Analysis (MRA) using SPSS16.This study used purposive sampling method. The results of this research funding decisionshave a significant effect on firm value, but financing cash flows and dividends no significanteffect on the value of the company. In the subsequent test results of the investment opportunity set (IOS) as a variable moderating effect on the relationship with the company's financing decisions, but the investment opportunity set (IOS) has no effect as a moderating variable in the relationship financing cash flows and dividends to the value of the company.
