Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, disclosure of corporate social responsibility and firm size to firm value. This research is conducted on mining sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016. The total sample used in this research is 125 company data of mining sector and using purposive sampling method with criterion of mining company observed listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia and mining company express corporate social responsibility during year 2012-2016. Data analysis method used in this research use multiple linier regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership, institutional ownership has an influence on corporate value and disclosure of corporate social responsibility and firm size has no influence on firm value.
