Abstract
PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI or Bank BRI) is one of the largest state-owned banks in Indonesia. Initially, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) was established in Purwokerto, Central Java by Raden Bei Aria Wirjaatmadja by the name of De Poerwokertosche Hulp en Spaarbank der Inlandsche Hoofden or "Purwokerto Purwokerto Ownership Bank and Assistance Bank.The purpose of this research is to know the influence of trust, cost, relative advantages to the use of mobile banking bri in surabaya, in this research the sampling technique using purposive samples and this research data collection method using the technique of dispersion questionnaire, where the questionnaire distributed a number of 100 questionnaires.This measurement tool used in this research is Likert scale 5 points The results obtained from this research are Trust significantly affects BRI's mobile banking adoption in Surabaya. The risk significantly affects BRI's mobile banking adoption in Surabaya. Costs significantly influence BRI's mobile banking adoption in Surabaya. Relative profits have a significant effect on mobile banking adoption by using BRI in Surabaya. Relative trust, risk, cost and profit significantly influence BRI's mobile banking adoption in Surabaya. Keywords: Trust, Risk, Cost, Relative Advantage, and Adoption
