Abstract

CAR is one indikator used to measure the bank capital adequacy. Capital for bank is used to absorb loss emerged from banking activities, and as the basis of some policies releasead by Indonesia Bank. This research tries to investigate whether the independen variables of LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, BOPO, FBIR, ROA and ROE both simultaneously and partially have significant effect on CAR and which variables has the dominant effect on CAR. The pupulation in this study is the Regional Development Bank with using purpsive sampling. This research uses secondary data taken from finansial statements from period I Quarterly of 2014 until IV Quarterly in 2018 of the Regional Development Bank. The sample cosists of papua Regional Development Bank, South Sulawesi and west sulawesi Regional Development Bank and Jambi Regional Development Bank. The data were processed by using SPSS 16.0 input results and F-test to see the effect simultaneously as well as t-test to see the effect partially. It shows that of LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, BOPO, FBIR, ROA and ROE simultaneously have signifikan effect on CAR. Yet, partially only IPR and ROA have significant effect on CAR. The most dominant is IPR that is 13,46 percent. Keywords: Liquidity, Asset Quality, Market Sensitivity, Solvability, CAR
