Abstract
The financial statements provide information regarding the financial position, financial performance, and changes in the financial position of a company that is beneficial to a large number of users in decision making. The study aims to determine the company's financial performance by analyzing the company's financial performance using financial ratios in CV Plumpang Organik Jaya Makmur. The research method used is data collection with descriptive method, that is collecting and processing data based on information obtained from CV Plumpang Organik Jaya Makmur in the form of statement of financial position and income statement year 2010 until 2014, research reference book, and information about company. The results showed that the financial performance of CV Plumpang Organik Jaya Makmur viewed from the liquidity ratio is good enough, the solvency ratio is good, the activity ratio is good, and the profitability ratio is less good. Implications of research on financial performance analysis can be useful for the management to know the company's financial condition, because of changes that occur, as well as solutions to improve the financial performance of companies and for the government to monitor organic fertilizer available to the parties in need.
