Abstract
The Imposition of Income PPh article 21 on regular employee’s income still done by PPh deduction through the tax Cutter. The aims of this research are to find out whether calculation and reporting of PPh article 21 on Dinas PU dan Penataan Ruang Bangkalan District has been in accordance to The Taxation Laws. This research uses qualitative-descriptive methods is to analyze the data that exist regarding PPh article 21, then making a comparison to the result of calculation from Dinas PU dan Penataan Ruang with its result of calculation of Tax under the Law Number 36 year 2008. The techniques of collecting data are interview, documentation, and literary surveys is employed in work.. The result shows that the imposition PPh article 21 at Dinas PU dan Penataan Ruang Bangkalan district at 2015 can be regarded which it has’nt been successful by looking the reason of the calculations that are not the same as the Act so as to hurt employees and companies. Beside that, on April, 2015 it’s found retardation reporting of PPh 21 which causes the company obtaining a sanction. Keywords : PPh 21, regular employee, Dinas PU dan Penataan Ruang
