Abstract
Local governments in the preparation of financial statements have electronic systems (e-systems) as a tool to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of various regulations in the field of regional financial management, the system is SIPKD, in the implementation of SIPKD in Gresik Regency is not always running in accordance with the expected yag, The problem of this constraint becomes the basis for conducting research in measuring the effectiveness of financial report preparation by applying e-system in Gresik Regency This research uses descriptive method. The population in this study are all users of SIPKD in Gresik Regency. Data collection using questionnaires and interview techniques. The data analysis technique uses the result of the average of each questionnaire statement that is adjusted to the specified interval. The result of the research shows that the effectiveness of financial report preparation by applying e-system in Gresik Regency is at interval 3,42-4,2 with mean 4.08 which is effective. The result of the research has shown that the effectiveness of financial report preparation by applying e-system in Gresik Regency Financial and Regional Asset Management Board (BPPKAD) stated effective and The result of this research can be used to evaluate.
