Abstract

This research has title "The Influence of ratio LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, PPAP, and IRR toward efficiency of the regional banks in Java with stochastic frontier approach". This research aims to analyze how the level of bank efficiency and whether the LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, PPAP, and IRR have significant influence on efficiency simultaneously and individually on the regional banks in Java. The samples from this research are four banks, namely DKI Bank, West Java & Banten Regional Bank, Central Java Regional Bank, and East Java Regional Bank. Data and data collecting methods in this research is secondary data which taken from financial report of regional bank starting from the first half of 2006 through the first half of 2011. Techniques of data analyzing in this research is descriptive analysis and using multiple linear regression. Based on calculations and result from using SPSS 11.5 for windows, state that LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, PPAP, and IRR, have significant influence simultaneously to efficiency on regional banks in Java. LDR, APB, and PPAP partially have positif unsignificant influence to efficiency on regional banks in Java. IPR, NPL, and IRR partially have negative unsignificant influence to efficiency on regional banks in Java.
