Abstract
Accounting Profession (PPAK have started running since September 2002 With the start ofthe implementation (PPAK) accounting degree is no longer the monopoly ofthe State Universities (PTN) current problem is the willing ness of each accounting students to continue their education at PPAK. Needed a strong motivation to do so. Without the motivation of each student accounting, whichhas been realized PPAK will be in vain because no students who are interested to follow The purpose of this study was to determine the effectof motivation. Quality, career motivation nan deconomic motivation on student interest in accounting Perbanas Surabaya to follow the Accounting Profession (PPAK). 2. To determine the effect of tuition fees on student interest in accounting Perbanas Surabaya to follow Accounting Profession (PPAK). The research methodology used is descriptive analysis method and statistic alanalysis methods. The data used primary data is used by 80 issuers in the sample. Hypothesis testing is performed using the F test and t test, with a significance level (α) of 5%. The results of the regression analysis for this study indicate that 1.Variabel motivation does not affect the quality of student interest in accounting Perbanas Surabaya to follow the Accounting Profession (PPAk). 2.Career motivation, Economic motivation, and Cost of education affect the interest of accounting students Perbanas Surabaya to follow the Accounting Profession (PPAk).
