Abstract
This research aims to obtain information and empirical evidence of the effect of capital structure, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and size on company performance of manufacturing companies. The sample in this research is the basic industry and chemistry sector manufacturing company for the period 2015-2018. The sampling technique used purposive sampling obtained 114 data. The method used in this research is a quantitative method by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research show that structure capital, managerial ownership has a effect on the company's performance, institutional ownership and company size does not affect the company's financial performance. Keyword:Capital structure, anagerial ownership, institutional ownership, size and financial performance.
