Abstract
CAR is one of the indicators that used to measure bank capital adequacy. Capital for banks is used to absorb losses originating from banking activities, and as the basis for several policies issued by Indonesia Bank. This study is identified the effect of Liquidity, Asset Quality, Market Sentivity, Efficiency, and Profitability on CAR in Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa. The study aims to determine whether the independent variables LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR, ROA, and ROE both simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on CAR and which variable is the most effectly on CAR. This study used secondary data taken from financial statements from the first quarter of 2013 to the second quarter of 2018 in the national devisa banks. The sample consisted of PT. Victoria International Bank, Tbk, PT. Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga Bank, Tbk, and PT. Sinarmas Bank, Tbk. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Data is processed using SPSS 16 and F test to evaluation partially. The results revealed that LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR, ROA, and ROE simultaneously have significant effect on CAR. IRR partially has a significant positive effect on CAR. LDR, NPL partially has un significant positive effect on CAR. IPR, APB, PDN, BOPO, FBIR, ROA, ROE has a unsignificant negative effect on CAR. NPL is the most effectly on CAR, with 17,72 percent. Keywords: Liquidity, Assets Quality, Sensitivity, Eficiency, Profitability, and Profitability.
