Abstract
This research was conducted at PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk Surabaya Branch Office is the object of research. This research was conducted at PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk Surabaya Branch Office provides one of the bank's products, namely credit cards. The purpose of this research is to find out and recognize the procedure of issuing credit cards at PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk Surabaya Branch Office. The research method used is qualitative and descriptive research with data collection techniques namely interviews and documentation. Based on the research conducted it is known that the benefits of credit cards as a substitute for cash and also often provide points for credit card holders who transact using credit cards. Credit card payments can be through various methods such as autodebet, ATM, and Teller. Kata Kunci : Bank Cimb Niaga Surabaya Branch Office, credit card, and publishing.
