Abstract
Saving behavior is an important means of controlling and managing finance well. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of financial knowledge and spiritual intelligence on young family saving behavior in East Java with locus of control as a mediating variable. The sample in this research consisted of 302 young family respondents in East Java. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The statistical test tool used was WarpPLS 6.0. The results showed that financial knowledge had a significant positice effect on saving behavior, spiritual intelligence had no significant positive effect on saving behavior, and internal locus of control had a significant positive effect on saving behavior.
