Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy, decision of financing, and investment decision on value of the company to the value of the company at a manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample of 11 manufacturing companies that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the five years , so the data is processed as many as 55 data by using purposive sampling. The results showed that (1) dividenvd significant positive effect on policy firm value, (2) the decision of financing a partially positive on firm value. (3) the investment decision has on significant effect on firm value. Keywords: dividend policy, decision of financing, investment decision, value
