Abstract
This research was carried out at the BRI Bank Mojokerto branch. BRI Bank Mojokerto branch provides one of the banking products, namely house ownership credit. The purpose of this study is to find out the procedures and implementation of granting home loans to bank customers in the BRI bank Mojokerto branch. The research method used is qualitive and descriptive research with data collection techniques namely interviews and documentation. Based on the research conducted, it is known that the benefits of mortgage products, namely customers do not need to provide large amounts of funds instead only provide advances in accordance with the provisions of BRI Bank. In the process of payment of credit installments carried out every month for a period of time agreed upon between the debtor and creditor.
