Abstract
This research aims to determine whether or not the effect of assets, profitability, good corporate governance, sales ofdebt policy. This research also has a relationship with the phenomenon contained in this study.The sample used in this research is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used are secondary data, the technique of sample collection is purposive sampling and multiple linear regression analysis using the F, R2 test test and t test. This study uses the financial statements of property and real estate companies from 2014 to 2018.The results of research in property and real estate companies are assets and real estate companies are assets and good corporate governance affect debt policy but good corporate governance has a negative effect on debt policy while profitability and sales have no effect on debt policy.
