Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of cash turnover, receivable turnover and inventory turnover on profitability in food and beverages companier listed in Indonesia Stock Exchane (IDX) period 2012-2017. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear analysis. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with some predetermine criteria. The number of samples is 11 food and beverages companies. The research data is secondary data obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2012-2017. The result showed that cash turnover has negative and significant effect on profitability, receivable turnover has negative and significant effect on profitability and inventory turnover has positive and significant effect on rofitability.
