Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the tendency of accounting fraud. The sampling technique in this study used convenience sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of questionnaires filled out online by respondents. Respondents in this study were 60 people who work as accounting staff in the government/BUMN, private, and education sectors. The results of this study is intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a significant influence on accounting fraud tendencies
