Abstract
This research aims to examine the effect of profitability, capital structure, firm size and sales growth on the firm value in the property sector and real estate are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange whether partia; or simultaneous. The total sample used is 43 companies. The sample in this study was selected by using purposive sampling. Analytical methods used are multiple linier regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination analysis (R2). The result of this research shows the variable (ROE) and capital structure (DER) have a positive significant effect on firm value, firm size (SIZE) has negative not significant effect on firm value and sales growth (SALES) has a positive not significant effect on firm value. And simultaneously, variable profitability, capital structure, firm size and sales growth has an significant effect on the firm value in property and real estate are listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2017.
