Abstract
This research discusses the effect of GCG on CFP with CSR as a moderating variable in banking companies in Indonesia.The sample used in this study is a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2017. The data used are secondary data, the sample collection technique are purposive sampling. This research used multiple linear regression test and MRA test. The results of this research are that GCG has a negative effect on CFP which is proxied by ROA and ROE in banking companies in Indonesia and CSR is able to moderate the effect of GCG on CFP which is proxied by ROA and ROE in banking companies in Indonesia.
