Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of liquidity, solvability, activity, and profitability on profit growth both simultaneously and partly on companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index. The independent variables used in this study are liquidity (CR), solvability (DER), activity (TATO), and profitability (ROA) and the dependent variable in this study is income growth. The data used in this study are secondary data as many as 15 samples with purposive sampling, analysis techniques using multiple linear regression which includes simultaneous testing and partial testing. The results show simultaneously liquidity (CR), solvability (DER), activity (TATO), and profitability (ROA) have a significant effect on profit growth. While partially with t test, liquidity (CR) has no significant effect on profit growth, solvability (DER) have a significant effect on profit growth, activity (TATO) has no significant effect on profit growth and profitability (ROA) have a significant positive effect on profit growth.
