Abstract
This study aims to obtain information and empirical evidence of the influence of local revenue, regional spending, and revenue-sharing funds on community welfare. The population in this study were all districts / cities in the province of East Java in 2015 to 2017. The samples taken in this study were 38 districts / cities to be used as research samples. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the analysis of WarpPLs version 6.0. The test results show that the original regional income affects the welfare of the community, regional spending does not affect the welfare of the community. However, funding for a negative effect on people's welfare.
