Abstract
Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) along the way in history with all its achievements have proven its role in connecting the Indonesian community merchant for saving and mortgage dropping. With all this efforts, BTN has taken a role in business development in all areas in through Indonesia. The long journey that eventually brought the mission to be carried, a bank provider of funds for the growth of the national housing development with credit facilities (mortgages) has brought BTN as banks only great through about credit. Provisison of housing loan is the provision of home ownership from interaction between the second party is called bank and the loan service is recipient in a business activity that has economic value and payments made in installments, and returned to a specific period with the added interest that has been defined by the bank. In addition, administration of housing loan also has systems and procedures are easy and fast. Therefore, it is a factor that can affect people’s credit home ownership through the bank, and also is one of the hallmarks of home loan. Keywords : Mortgages, Loan Service, Housing Loan
