Abstract
This study aims to determine the direct effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial performance and motivation on entrepreneurial performance. The population in this study were business people in East Java, the number of samples used by researchers was 146 entrepreneurs. Sampling is done by purposive sampling method. Primary data is collected through questionnaires to respondents, namely business owners based on research instruments. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Regression. Based on the results of hypothesis testing shows that entrepreneurial knowledge and motivation cannot influence performance. It's just that in this study the influential variable is the age of the business where the age of this business is part of entrepreneurial knowledge, the longer the establishment of the business is run, the greater the level of good influence on better performance as well. Because to minimize the level of risk when running a business. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Motivation and Entrepreneurial Performance
