Abstract
Internet banking helps customers to conduct banking activities with very easy, can be done anywhere and anytime. The aim of research to determine the conditions, the use of the procedure, the benefits, improving the user, the obstacles that arise, and the solutions of the barriers that often occur.The research method with qualitative methods. Internet registration requirements are active customers of banks, passbooks, ATM cards, identity cards, and a telephone number. The registration procedure is, customers come to customer service to request assistance with registration, submit the required documents, telephone numbers, create a PIN and activate mTOKEN through the website. Procedures for the use of account information can be done with the click menu of accounts, to transfer click Transfer menu and then select the fellow or inter-bank transfer, customers can make payments and purchases. The benefit is the safe, easy, unrestricted access, can save time and costs. The implication is of BRI bank should expand cooperation with mobile telephone operators, providing a special book user, providing information when it is happening-system disorders, routine promotion.
