Abstract
This research aimed to test the effect of profitability, information asymmetry, leverage, and liquidity on the investment decision of property and real estate companies in Indoensia. The population of this research was all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange from 2014 to 2018, with the criteria that provide financial statements in a row on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2014 to 2018. The population obtain was 38 companies. This study using purposive sampling to obtain a sample. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result show that profitability positively affect the investment decision.
