Abstract
This This research aims to determine whether or not the effect of Institutional Ownership, Growth, Business Risk, and Size on Debt Policy in manufacture companies in Indonesia Stock Exchanges.The sample used in this study are manufacture companies in Indonesia Stock Exchanges. The data used is secondary data, sample collection technique is purposive sampling and multiple linear regression analysis using the F test and t test. Using the study period from 2015 to 2017. The result of research in the Indonesian manufacture companies are 1) Institutional Ownershhip and Risk Business have no effect on Debt Policy. 2) Growth and Size have effect on Debt Policy. Keywords: institutional ownership, growth, business risk, size, debt policy.
