Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aimed to examine the effect of liquidity, leverage, firm size, and profitability. The population use in this study are all manufacture companies listed on the stock exchange (BEI) 2015-2017. The sampling technique use in this research is purposive sampling. There are 331 companies that qualified as sample. Data analysis method used is logistic regression analysis using SPSS 23 program for windows, where the significance level use was 0.05. The result show that liquidity and profitability have significant effect on financial distress meanwhile leverage and firm size not significant effect on financial distress. Keyword :Financial Distress, Liquity, Leverage, Firm Size, Profitability, Logistic Regression.
