Abstract
The aim of this study is to find out the effect of current ratio, net profit margin, debt to equity ratio, and inflation to the dividend payout ratioin the pharmaceutical and food & beverage sub-sector companies inIndonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2014-2018.This study uses quantitative as a method. The study used secondary data whichobtained from www.idx.co.id. The analysis used in this study are statistics descriptive, classic assumption test, the analysis of the regression risks and the test of the hypothesis, this study used 76 of Pharmaceutical and Food & Beverage Sub-sector Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. Results of the analysis showed that the variable current ratio and net profit margin are positive and not significant impact to the dividend payout ratio, while the variable debt to equity ratio and inflation are negative and significant impact to the dividend payout ratio.
