Abstract
This research aimed to determine factor that effect of debt policy. The object of this research was manufactur sector basic industry and chemical industry companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2017. The independent variabel were manajeria ownership, institutional ownership, company growth and free cash flow. This study using purposive sampling method to obtain a sample. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicated manajerial ownership and free cash flow have significant effect on debt policy, but institutional ownership and company growth has no effect on debt policy Keywords : Debt Policy, Manajerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Company Growth, Free Cash Flow
