Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of profitability, managerial ownership, growth, tangibility, and firm size on leverage to the state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sample used in this study is a state-owned company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange based on pre-defined criteria and the selected samples are 14 companies from a total of 20 companies using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that tangibility and firm size are affecting leverage. Profitability, managerial ownership and growth are not affecting leverage. Keywords: Leverage , Profitability, Managerial Ownership, Growth, Tangibility, Firm Size
