Abstract
The new Basel III Liquidity Coverage Ratio standard which encourages banks to maintain a diversified pool of high-quality liquid assets against their short-term expected net cash outflows although it appears to be noble from a theoric perspective it may weigh down banks performance because liquid assets earn low returns. The purpose of this study was to determine the LCR, NSFR, CAR, LDR together and most significant effect on the ROA ASEAN bank. Population is the selection of the sample ASEAN bank by using purposive sampling and selected members of the samples bank in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Filipina, and Kamboja from 2013 to 2017. Data were collected by the method of documentation. The method of collecting data from financial statement published and using analytical techniques for the analisys of linier data. Basen on calculations using SPSS version 25. The result shows that NSFR and CAR have a significant effect on ROA while LCR and LDR have no effect on ROA Keywords: Liquidity Coverage Ratio, Net Stable Funding Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Return On Asset
