Abstract
At present many companies are willing to increase the value of the company. Enhance corporate value means also maximize the present value of all benefits to be received by shareholders in the future. The firm's value to be reflected on the magnitude of the company's stock price in the long term. The higher the stock price then we can say the company's value too high. This study aimed to determine the effect of protitability, firm size, debt policy and capital structure to the company's value. The population in this study is a sub company of the consumer goods industry sectors listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 amount 40 companies. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this study is using in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study demonstrate that the effect on the firm value profitability, firm size does not affect the firm value, debt policies do not affect the firm value and capital structure does not affect the firm value. Keywords: firm value, profitability, firm size, debt policy, capital structure.
