Abstract
Bank is an institution that serves as a financial intermediary. In this case the bank as a means for the public to keep their funds managed and distribute it in the form of bank credit to the public. This study was conducted to examine the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), and Third Party Fund (TPF) to Total Loans channeled Bank in the Period of 2010-2013.Data used as a secondary data analysis of the bank web site that became the sample. The analysis technique used is the linear regression, while hypothesis testing using t - test and test - F with a significance level of 5%. Testing classical assumptions used in this study included tests of normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation.Based on the research that has been done obtained results indicate that the Third Party Fund (TPF) positive and significant effect on the amount of outstanding loans. BSementara the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and also non-performing loan (NPL) has no significant influence on the amount of outstanding loans. Simultaneously there is a significant effect anatara Third Party Funds, Capital Adequacy Ratio, and non-performing loans to total loans disbursed by banks in the period 2010-2013.
