Abstract
This study aims to analyze managerial ownership, debt policy, company growth and debt policy. The data in this study were 15 food and baverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The technique in collecting data uses purposive sampling and uses descriptive analysis tests. Descriptive analysis aims to describe thoroughly the variables used. This study only carried out descriptive analysis based on data on maximum, minimum, mean (mean) and standard deviation values. The data used in this study is qualitative research. While the data used is secondary data because the data obtained indirectly through intermediary media in the form of annual financial report data from manufacturing companies found on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The method of data collection used is the method of documentation, namely by collecting, recording, and reviewing secondary data in the form of financial statements of food and baverage companies published by IDX and other sources. Descriptive statistics are used to provide a description of a data concerning the maximum, minimum, mean (mean), and standard deviation. This research is used to describe a whole of the related variables. Descriptive analysis is data analysis to test the results of research based on one sample, descriptive analysis using one variable that is independent. Statistics are used to analyze data by describing a data that has been collected without making conclusions. The variables in this study were obtained from the company's financial statements which included debt policy, managerial ownership, dividend policy and company growth from food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2017.
