Abstract
The bank is a business entity that collects funds from the community and distributes it to the public in the form of loans and other forms of support. One of the objectives of the bank is to gain profit that will finance business activities and future expansion. Factors that can influence the ROA of a bank are its liquidity aspects, asset quality aspects, sensitivity aspects and efficiency aspects. In the research aims to determine the effect of aspects of liquidity, asset quality aspects, sensitivity aspects and efficiency aspects of ROA. This study uses 3 Regional Development banks as samples of research in 2014 up to 2018. From the results of the study are variables simultaneously LDR, IPR, LAR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO and FBIR have a significant effect on ROA in Regional Development Banks, while IRR, BOPO and FBIR partially have a significant effect on ROA while the LDR,LAR,IPR APB has no significant effect on ROA in Regional Development Banks.
