Abstract
Ways settlement of debts relating to the bank will require a huge cost, power is less effective and also requires quite a long time. Thus the way banking operations will be hampered. It appeared an idea to establish a clearinghouse then held by Bank Indonesia as the central bank. Therefore, I am interested to know how the clearing procedure in Bank Jatim Branch Gresik. The method used is primary and secondary. According to the research carried out that the procedures performed in Bank Jatim Branch Gresik consists of two phases, namely clearing and clearing submission of returns. Bank Jatim Branch Gresik has made a forum with other clearing participant Bank and setipa 3 Months once Bank Jatim Branch Gresik training to employees to be more professional in their work.
