Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leverage, company size, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership on financial distress. Financial Distress as the dependent variable. The independent variables in this study use leverage, firm size, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study are all financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling with the criteria specified in the study. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for manufacturing companies in 2013-2017. The data analysis technique used was logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the leverage, size of the company did not affect financial distress while institutional ownership and managerial ownership had an effect on financial distress.
