Abstract
Islamic banks are banks in which its operational system does not refer to the interest system as conventional banks but on the profit sharing system. Islamic banks come up as a manifestation of Islamic economy in carrying out its activities in accordance with Islamic Sharia. This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assests (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), profit sharing, and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) on profit sharing financing in Islamic banks in Indonesia for the period 2013-2017. This study used a quantitative approach. The sample of this study were Sharia commercial banks registered in Bank Indonesia totaling 13 banks. The analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it is found that the value of f is 8.283 and its significance is 0.000 so that it appears that the significance value is smaller than 0.05. This shows that Return on Assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), profit sharing, and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) simultaneously affect the profit sharing financing of Islamic banks in Indonesia. With the existence of this study, it is expected that the bank can make policies for Islamic banks to provide funds distribution with profit sharing-based financing with a larger portion. Keywords: Return on Assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), profit sharing rate, Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), profit sharing financing
