Abstract
This study was to determine the readiness of sharia banks Surabaya East Java face the ASEAN Economic Community in 2015 in terms of products and services, capital, human resources and capital as well as to know the strategies to be used by banks facing surabaya east java sharia 2015 AEC using SWOT analysis. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach, in carrying out this study, researchers need data so that the data in this study were collected through interviews and direct observation techniques on the object to be studied. Where once the data is collected authors describe real objects to explain the readiness of sharia banks Surabaya East Java face the Asean Economic Community in 2015 From the results of this study result is that the outline of sharia banks surabaya east java prepared for the Asean Economic Community which will take place in 2015, the bank sharia Surabaya East Java has prepared a strategy that will be used in the face of the AEC ranging from products and services, increasing resources, promoting partnerships with customers and ready to compete with local banks and international banks in the upcoming Asean region.
